Between 2020 and 2022, the CRFJ research department of Archeology acquired new high-end equipment, funded to the tune of 60.000 euros by The French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the National Research Funding Agency (ANR).

This includes an excavating equipment: a Leica TS10 tacheometer – a Montana 700 GPS – picks and trowels – two sieving machines.

There is also an analytical Lab equipment:
– an Olympus SZx16 Stereo microscope equipped with an Olympus UC90 camera.
– a AM7515MZT Dino-Lite digital microscope.
– a Nikon D780 camera equipped with a Sigma Macro 105mm lens.
– a KAISER folding reproduction stand R2N CP
– four conformers
– two dedicated computers

This equipment is made available to all research teams wishing to develop field programmes in partnership with the CRFJ.
